Tracking can be a source of stress for some and the only way things get done for others. We will discuss how to track based on your goals and find an effective way to make sure you’re getting results.
Option may include, but aren’t limited to:
Body Composition/Fitness Metrics
Pictures, Tape measurements, Scale Monitoring, Body fat measurement (Offsite Options TBD), 1-10 Rep Maxes, Timed Distance tests, Self reported effort in determined tests/workouts

Nutritional Guidance
Any meaningful change in your health, look, and performance is going to be heavily dependent on your nutrition. When your starting point is defined, we can start simple or take a deep dive into the details. For example:

Daily protein goal (100-150g) spread over 3 meals and 2 snacks
Mindfulness technique of not watching TV or Phone While eating and asking yourself if what you’re about to eat will get you closer or farther away from your current goals.
